DINS Toys offers the following Returns Policy: 14 days on factory sealed merchandise. A case of product needs to ramain sealed for full credit. If we made a mistake then we will cover the return shipping.

Pre-Orders require a deposit, once the product arrives then we will contact you to complete the sale.
